The combination of high demand and low supply is driving a sharp increase in the housing prices in Benidorm in 2025. Benidorm is currently one of the municipalities with the most expensive rentals across the entire Valencian Community, with prices exceeding €16/sq m, and over €18/sq m in areas such as Poniente.

Public initiatives: a boost for protected housing
