A great New Year's Eve party in Benidorm! 

For the seventh year in a row, Benidorm Municipality and the Abreca association are organising an amazing event along the seafront promenade on Levante Beach - the main stage will be right next to our real estate office on Avenida Bilbao 1. This amazing celebration is supported by the Departments of Fiestas, Commerce and Major Events, guaranteeing an unforgettable night.

The New Year's Eve party promises to be amazing! It will start at 7pm in the evening and will last until 1:30am. It will be an unforgettable night full of great entertainment! Three local DJs will take to the stage with energetic sets that will get everyone dancing. 

But that's not all! Local pubs, bars and restaurateurs will also be joining in this New Year's Eve fun and will be giving away grapes just before midnight. This is a great way to keep the tradition of New Year's Eve fun alive! It is one of the most well-known New Year's Eve customs which is the eating of 12 grapes at midnight - one for each ringing of the bell at midnight. Each grape symbolises one month of the year and is supposed to bring good luck for the next 12 months - you have to eat them all before the countdown ends:) 

Once the countdown is complete with the sound of the bells (Spanish time), a huge pyro-music show will begin, combining music and fireworks in a synchronised manner. As a novelty, at one o'clock in the morning the event will link up with British television to broadcast the countdown live from Big Ben in London. "This is a nod to tourists of this nationality, who are choosing our city in increasing numbers to say goodbye to the year," - Councillor for festivities Mariló Cebreros said. 

To ensure greater coverage of the bells just before 00:00 and the performances scheduled for that night, six LED screens will be installed! One will be on the stage and the other five will be deployed on the Levante beach. Thanks to these, everyone who comes to the event will be able to follow everything from different locations. Whether you're dancing close to the stage or relaxing on the beach, you won't miss a moment. The LED screen will broadcast all the performances and listen to the sound of the bells in a spectacular and dynamic way.

As in previous editions, in order to disturb the neighbours as little as possible, the installed speakers will face the sea.
